Match report (Leicester City) & the AC Milan Preview…

What can one say about the Leicester Titty home game? Not much… just anger. After our good result against Manchester City, we looked upwards… only to see a downward spiral unfold in front of our eyes. I predicted we would win 2-4 (silly me!) and fight back to the top… instead, we got capitulation, laughter and derisory comments from the media. And another injury to deal with, to boot. I feel that the rest of the season will be a shit one.

On top of all that, the game of "will Conte sign or not?" keeps rolling along… Personally, he should sign, or Levy should tell him to fuck off and get somebody who will be committed to building a challenging team. This managerial merry-go-around is pissing everybody off… not knowing what or where our future is going. Levy needs to take a grip!

The game…

Our mentality was questioned by Cristian Stellini as he apologised for our humbling by Leicester Titty… and rightly so… but where was Conte in all this? Oh, on the sidelines conducting the disaster unfolding in front of our eyes… All we got from him was panicky substitutions… but to no avail…

When the first goal went in, I thought… this is it… my prediction will come true… Rodrigo Bentancur diverted home Victor Kristiansen's sliced clearance. But then delight quickly turned to misery as a resurgent Titty netted twice in less than two and a half minutes to turn the game on its head. Another goal before halftime… add another one after the break, and they (Leicester) walked out 4-1 winners.

The car journey back home was a dismal affair. As all defeats are when travelling back home. Enough said… hopefully, things will improve on Tuesday when we face AC Milan in Italy. Like all games, Mel and I will be there. We fly out on the morning of the game and come back the next day… with any luck on the top of the world, delighted with our victory… or if not… just crying in our cornflakes the next day.

Oh… it is worth mentioning that Arsenic WillyWonkers drew with Brentford, while Yankee Chelski also drew (with the Spammers). Newcastle also drew. The two Manchester clubs won… We are still fifth.

Match Preview: AC Milan vs Spurs: my prediction, team news, lineup etc.

Milan returned to winning ways with a win over Torino on Friday, while we… as I said… got a good spanking… losing 4-1 by the Titty men at the weekend.

Although AC Milan are seven-time European champions, Tuesday's meeting with us will represent the club's first Champions League knockout round tie since they were beaten 5-1 on aggregate by Atletico Madrid in the last-16 in the 2013-2014 season.

As for us; we will now have to pick ourselves up and dust ourselves down as we dream of duplicating our memorable run to the Champions League final in the 2018-19 campaign… OK, I am having a laugh!

Team News

We are still unable to call upon Hugo Lloris as he has been ruled out with a knee injury. Forster will again be in goal. Undoubtedly, he will be looking for better protection than what he received from his defence against the Foxes.

Cristian Romero will replace Japhet Tanganga in the lineup on Tuesday, joining Eric Dier and Ben Davies in a back three.

Bentancur and Yves Bissouma are injured, and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is suspended; We may be forced into fielding the untried midfielder pairing of Pape Sarr and Oliver Skipp.

My possible starting lineup:

Forster; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Sarr, Skipp, Perisic; Kulusevski, Son; Kane

My prediction: 1-1

Thoughts…

We will head to Milan in a subdued mood following Saturday's poor performance and with the news that Bentancur will miss the rest of the season through injury.

What more can I say? After Saturday's game, I feel depressed… more so with the injuries we've got. Where I stand now, I can't see us getting to the next round in the Champions League… I think we will also struggle to reach the top four spot in the Premier league… as for the FA Cup… that is anybody's guess. I also can't see Conte staying another season… so back on the Levy-Managerical-Merry-go-round. Of course… this could be all a dream, and I will wake up ready to go to the Leicester Titty game and watch my 4-2 prediction come true… then again, maybe not…
